To give you and your family the confidence that you are never unarmed (because you always have your mind), we offer you our Defensive Fitness Membership – up to 40 classes a month to learn easy to use and immediate skills that have nothing to do with firearms and everything to do with using what you have available to you!

With our Defensive Fitness Membership, you can learn how to re-program your body to move faster in a defensive encounter, keeping you confidently two steps ahead.

-        Experience multiple varieties of martial arts in one location
-        Learn from the best martial art instructors in the state
-        Select one martial art or defensive workout to follow for its 8-week cycle, or pick and choose a different one to attend each week for the ultimate in flexibility

-        Stick & Knife Defense (Kali) for if you carry a knife or baton
-        Striking (Muy Thai) for how to best use your hands and legs in defense
